Study the “Ethiopia: An Emerging Opportunity?” case, then write a paper on the following questions: Each company is proposing to enter Ethiopia with its own manufacturing facility. Evaluate each of the three companies plans for entering Ethiopia. What are the most salient risks for each? And what might they do to mitigate those risks? -You have to read Chapter 6 from the global strategy textbook. Then you have to provide your analysis based on what did you read from the textbook. (It is very important to demonstrate your knowledge of the material and ability to apply the course to the case study). -I have attached a spreadsheet that has the values entered for each of their plans. You can plug in different assumptions to evaluate risk sensitivity. The values that you can change are in italicize blue fonts. -Written Case Papers should be a single page in length max, with single line spacing (one-inch margins, 10 or 12 pitch fonts).
