Select ONE of the topics of interest from the textbook (You do not have access to the textbook, so the topics you can choose are: Recruitment and Selection, Reliability and Validity, Legal Issues, Job Analysis, Job Performance, Applicant Screening, Interviewing, Decision Making.) and research the topic by finding a minimum of six academic journal articles. Critically analyze the articles and integrate your analysis into a paper to address the following questions:
1. Purpose: Why is the topic that you have chosen important to study?
2. Research Methods: How is the topic studied?
3. Results: What are the general results of the papers that you analyzed?
4. Applicability: From an applied perspective, what did you take away from the articles that you read, and how does the research findings apply to the world of work?
5. What are the limitations of the research studies that you analyzed?
6. What are the future research directions? What would choose to study based on what you learned from these articles?
The paper should be between 4 – 5 pages (1000-1250 words), doubled-spaced with 1″ margins, and left justified. Ensure you number each page and reference appropriately using APA.
