Write a revision paper on Business Law assignmentFor this law assignment, two sources/cases of law need to be chosen to review. For this, I have selected two cases that are relevant to my study specialization. I have highlighted everything relevant and stated the two cases in the attached assessment document.
The first case will be about merger and acquisition & cooperation agreements, using the EUMR as a source of law with the topic being the ”Philip Morris Case”. The second case will be about compliance law, using the GDPR as the source of law with the topic being the ”Amazone Europe 764m fine”.
The goal, as stated in the instruction document, is to apply arguments that support and criticizes the source of law chosen with a form of context to my study specialization; Supply Chain Management and relevant sources.
