But, before you begin, you must first come up with a question, issue, or business idea to pursue.For step 1 please select a question that relates to a business idea you have (e.g.,“How can I effectively market a software app for finding empty parking spaces…”), a startup company you have in mind, or a career step you would like to pursue in the area of innovation.The tricky part is step 2. Select two factors from your Key Uncertainties list (the two most important) in step 1 and convert them into a diagram by creating axes that generate four differentiated boxes. (See the example on the website)Please submit a document that contains the following items:-State the question you are trying to answer-Provide a list of key uncertainties and certainties-Create a scenario grid with appropriately named axes-Flesh out four possible futures by creating four imaginary, but plausible, newsstories-Brainstorm the implications and actions of at least one quadrant for step 4
