This includes factors such as family, history, development, current and past environment, milestone events, culture, diversity, mental status, symptoms, signs, distress, medical history, social history, relationships, educational history, employment, previous treatments, etc.
Explore the connections between these factors and organize this list using broad themes while attending to the DSM 5’s classification system.
