Advances in technology in logistics and supply chain operations have led to the growth of data breaches and intrusions at an alarming rate. Ransomware is a type of malicious software, or malware, designed to deny access to a computer system or data until a ransom is paid. Research and discuss 3 ransomware attacks that occurred in the last 3 years. Describe the attack, what damage the breach caused, how did the organization respond to the attack, and what should have been done to prevent the breach.
