The California Health Interview Survey (CHIS) is the largest state health survey in the nation. A random-dial telephone survey asks questions on a wide range of health topics. CHIS is conducted on a continuous basis allowing it to provide a detailed picture of the health and health care needs of Californias large and diverse population. The critical assignment in this course is a descriptive evaluation of California Health Interview Survey (CHIS). You will choose and research a disease/health problem within CHIS data, provide background information on the problem, conduct an analysis of the problem and compare your findings with other regions/locality. Each of your supportive submissions (1-3) will assist you stay on track towards submitting a quality critical assignment. Therefore, I highly recommend you look ahead to the critical assignment requirements, and include them into your supportive submissions, whenever applicable.
