Use these two articles to response – Biddle_Berliner_Small_Class_Size And Allan_Madden_Methods

Part 2)

For this assignment, you will write about 2 pages discussing your educational experiences using a sociological perspective. In other words, how can sociology can help you make sense of some of your experiences? You can discuss a specific experience (like a conversation with a teacher), or you can talk about trends in your education over the years, or some combination of the two.

The purpose is for you to step back from looking at your experiences as personal to you, and seeing how they may be part of broader social patterns. You can write about your experiences as a student, parent, and/or educator, and you can write about any point in your schooling – very early on, or recently, or both.

Your autobiography must include connections from your experiences to at least two of the readings for this Unit and use at least one of the concepts introduced in the PowerPoint (separate from the readings). Make sure to specifically note when you are including a reading or a PowerPoint concept.
