If you need ideas for what to discuss, address the following:(1) What strategies were used to “hook” the audience at the beginning of the speech? In your opinion, did they work? Why / how?
(2) Discuss the formal structure of the speech: organizations, previews, transitional statements, support, etc.
(3) What was most / least effective about the introduction and conclusion of the speech?
(4) Comment on the speaker’s non-verbal behaviors (facial expression, gestures, etc.) and how they were used in the speech.
