Your final draft will be graded as it measures up against the following questions. I have used the following simple, 3-point rating scale.
Well Done = 3pts; Adequately Done = 2pts; Poorly Done = 1pt

3. Does this storyteller make it clear how each side frames their efforts as an “invitation” to the “greater good”?
4. Does this storyteller make it clear who are some of the prominent thinkers, politicians, scientists, and activists who are involved in this issue?
5. Does this storyteller lay out the various argumentative techniques used by each side?
6. Does this storyteller make it clear what are some of the familiar, recurring ideas that arise from each side of this argument?
7. Does this storyteller make it clear what important institutions, disciplines, sciences are provide the setting for this argument?
8. Does this storyteller lay out clearly what is at stake in this dispute?
9. Has this storyteller made the story of this argument engaging and entertaining?
10. Is the writing clean and correct? Or do errors undermine the author’s credibility?
