2. Your 2-3 page paper, must include the following:
* Diagnostic Criteria: State DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria of the disorder.
* Etiology: What is the cause of this disorder? If there are multiple, list them. If it is unknown, state that.
* Prevalence: The commonality of the disorder.
* Development/Age: State the development and age of onset of disorder.
* Comorbidity: State the other comorbid disorders.
* Treatment: State the treatment options (e.g. type of therapy, type of medication etc.) available for this disorder.
* Article Summary: Select peer-reviewed article that talks about the disorder. Include what the hypothesis or purpose of the paper is, state the results of the paper, and state how you think these results can be used to improve our understanding of the disorder. Any and all peer reviewed articles used in this essay must come from Google Scholar. Here is the link:
* Opinion: Give your opinion on how you think a person with this disorder functions. For example, you can talk about how the person may interact with their friends or family and things that may trigger them. Finally, how do you think others should act towards a person suffering from this disorder and why?
