Create a principal’s calendar (a realistic one- not the one the principal may have planned) for a week (5 full days) in the middle of the school year. Show all the activities a principal may be involved in during that time. Then summarize and outline the 5 most important accomplishments that week (and why) in ranked order. Be sure to show an understanding of how the activities relate to the school’s mission and vision, the strategies and skills needed to keep the focus on important priorities, and how to manage daily demands in a way that fosters staff collaboration.
