You are required to prepare and deliver a presentation using PowerPoint software on one aspect of their situation and discuss it in more depth. The topic you choose needs to be relevant to both your practice and to how the consumer understands their situation. You are also required to discuss your choice of topic with either Caroline or Jenni to ensure it is suitable. The focus of this assignment is your ability to summarise and critically analyse the literature on a topic relevant to your practice and present this in a coherent and engaging manner to fellow students. The presentation should include: A brief descriptive summary of the consumer.Details of the topic you have chosen, with a critical analysis of the relevant literatureDiscussion of the implications for mental health practice.Your presentation is limited to 20 minutes with a further 5 minutes for questions. There is no limit to the number of slides you can use.
