Write a 3-page summation paper about what you learned about the project. As you summarize, do not simply list the foods you ate on a daily basis. Discuss what you ate in relation to the key principles of a healthy dietary pattern and how what you ate compares. Also note key nutrients and/or food groups you may be lacking and why. Note what factors influenced your food choices (ie hunger, TV commercial, emotions, culture, etc). Along with your written summary, print out a weekly report of your food diary and attach it to your report (calories, proteins, carbs, fiber, fat). Your final report will include the printouts and summation reports. In order to get full credit, you need to include the reports and food, however, your summation itself should total 3 pages (without the reports and food log)
