Write a research paper describing the impact of artificial intelligence on the legal industry.Specifically how AI will be embedded in tech that is used by police. So, if I train AI to scrape the web looking for anything I can find about a suspect—and AI will be capable of “friending” people on social media using false pathways, or hacking if it has to get access—will that data or anything learned from that kind of search be admissible against a defendant in a criminal trial or will it violate the 4th Amendment. If I train my AI to insult or act in ways that damages someone’s business or reputation, can I be sued for a tort like defamation because I trained it even though it went out and posted or published things on its own?

coincide with the legal issue you are discussing. Furthermore, the paper should identify a legal issue that has yet to be resolved or one you think is coming and write about that.
