Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to infer applicable state statutes, codes, and laws. You will also begin thinking about scenarios where it may be necessary to report a situation to the appropriate authority.
Parameters
To complete this assignment, you will create a flow chart OR brochure.
A flow chart would range 1.5 – 2 pages
A brochure should be front and back, which ranges 2 pages in digital format. Imagine a brochure having the front & back because of its folds.
Your creation should be submitted in Word or PDF through Blackboard.
Prompt
Following thorough review of state statutes, codes, and laws, students should develop a flow chart or brochure with instructions on steps required for mandatory reporting, who is responsible to report, information required for reporting, website or phone number, and definitions of abuse. List of statute(s) supporting this reporting must be included.
While a flow chart or brochure is less formal in style, at least two resources should be included—these may include the course resources and textbooks.
