Compose a paper outlining the best way to address homelessness.
This week you begin completing assignments that build to a literature review. As a reminder, a literature review is a survey of scholarly articles, books, and other sources, such as dissertations and conference proceedings, that are relevant to a particular topic. You will write a 4-5 page literature review that builds upon your previous assignments (bibliography and literature chart). Your topic can be any social issue that is important to you.
To get started, complete ASA Bibliography. You will identify references for your literature review and create a reference page for this assignment. Make sure your references are scholarly sources. One way to ensure you identify scholarly sources is by using Chestnutt Library. Google Scholar is also a good option. You can also find references from the articles you’re reading.
Next, you will move on to the Literature Review Chart – Summarize, which is intended to help you organize your literature review. Think about the themes and connections between the articles.
Finally, you will write a literature review. At this point, you will pull together your previous work into a polished product.
