Assessing Outcomes So, you proposed a change to the business, upper management agreed, and the change was implemented. Were you successful? Did you overcome the original problem? Did the organization embrace or resist the proposed change?
The only way to know the answer to these questions is to perform a post hoc assessment. But what does an assessment entail? Start by reading chapter 14 of Barends and Rousseau (2018). Use any available and credible sources (don’t forget the “L”) to research the topic of Process Change Assessment or related terms like Outcome Assessment.
