Submit your 3–4 page book review on Missions: When the Local Church Goes Global by Andy Johnson in the form of a Word document below It is acceptable to write in the first person for these book reviews. Footnotes are not necessary. Citations from the book being reviewed may be noted in parentheses in the text of the paper. Example: if quoting or referring to something on page 23 of Johnson’s book in your review, simply put (p. 23). Students will use the following outline: (1) Introduction and summary of book, (2) evaluation – strengths and weaknesses, and (3) personal reflection. The personal reflection at the end needs to be only two paragraphs. The personal reflection should be about how this book impacted you and how it might equip you for future ministry. The majority of the review should be evaluation with half of page 1 being the introduction/summary and half of page 3 being the personal reflection. Everything else in between needs to be evaluation and critique.
