What do you believe are some of the pros and cons of the Act? How did you develop that opinion? Has the law led to more people accessing the healthcare system? What are the implications of this? However, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 changed the individual mandate. Citizens will no longer be penalized if they do not purchase health insurance.
