Introduction
Religion has always played a significant role in shaping individuals’ beliefs, values, and worldviews. This essay explores my personal journey in terms of religious affiliation, starting with my religious upbringing and tracing my path to where I currently stand in relation to faith traditions. From childhood experiences to adult choices, this reflective piece will delve into the factors that have influenced my religious identity.
Religious Upbringing
I was born into a devout Christian family where faith was at the center of our daily lives. My parents were active members of our local church, and as a child, I attended Sunday school regularly (Smith, 2020).
