Problem: resident parking in street causes issues in residential neighborhoods with visibility, decrease in home values, safety issues, and problems with access for city services including school and emergency services.
Using existing studies make the case that residents should park their vehicles in spaces built for storage i.e. the garage and driveway. That doing so improved safety, beauty, and increased home values.
