For example, this could involve identifying maximum elevation for a pump’s discharge that maintains a desired flow rate for the pump, identifying the maximum inlet temperature for a heat exchanger that ensure that the outlet temperature does not exceed a target value, or determining the maximum dimensions of a particular food product to ensure that a maximum freezing time is not exceeded. Select and define the conditions for the system you have selected (unit operations and their relevant properties, operating conditions, product type and relevant properties). Show the solution approach to address the objective you defined.
Deliverables: You will need to submit 2 items that describe your chosen problem and solution.
1) Submit a 1-page executive summary that highlights your problem, assumptions, equations, and solution.
2) Record a 5-10 minute video of you presenting the system, question, assumptions, and solution approach. Your video should clearly describe the problem, assumptions, and solution and include all elements given on the rubric below. Creativity is encouraged! Additional points may be awarded for creative videos (at the sole discretion of the instructors).

Video description of:
-Food processing system is clearly described and linked to a course topic: 10 pts
