Remember, Three Shields still maintains direct responsibility for delivering consulting services to the clients associated with The Austin Project. Your job in this context is to provide them with the thought leadership and consulting support needed to prepare them to deliver this essential consultation. Your guide on the side support is key because you recognize that Three Shields is also responsible for a number of other technical elements in supporting this multidimensional project. Therefore, it is important that as you provide them with this whitepaper support, you give them enough specificity that they understand the seminal elements to the training. Furthermore, they are in a position where they can take your recommendation and fold it into an actionable training plan.
For this assignment you are going to provide a whitepaper overview of the traditions associated with project management. This should include the following elements.
Introduction – Explaining the basic history of project management and why it is important to study.
Identify at least two important priorities regarding the tradition of project management that are important to reflect upon today. What is it about the history or tradition of project management that we should keep in mind?
Conclusion – This will provide a synthesis of the ideas presented in a clear and cogent way.
