I work as the as a leader in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for a Further Education Sector Group of Colleges within the UK. The statement of context is not included in the word count. I have attached some feedback given to me by a tutor on question 1.1 to support you. her feedback was as follows, A general observation is that it is a very good description of the issues but it needs deeper analysis by providing examples and the issues arising from those examples. Although there were no models used in this criteria it would be useful to make sure they are used in other Criteria. The assignment must be UK Masters level.
