Before going into details about the assignment, I want to point out three conditions you must agree to:

The assignment isn′t to debate or argue whether climate change is happening or not. Despite this, the research will argue that climate change policies face many challenges (for example, most countries have agreed to achieve carbon neutrality in a specific year, but no one has discussed the cost and who will pay? In another example, carbon neutrality has become more of an accounting process.
This assignment does not aim to provide a scientific answer, but rather to discuss the challenges associated with climate change policies and how they are not realistic to some extent. The research will examine the following question:
How will political, economic, and technological factors affect the methods/policies used to achieve carbon neutrality?
