Critically evaluate the approaches to Talent Management that Solar Industries could take to address the talent problems the company is experiencing. Recommend which approach to Talent Management that Solar should take and why.
Discuss and make recommendations on a talent strategy that takes into account:
A. The wider internal and external influences that may impact the choice of strategy e.g. ethical considerations in the selection and managing of talent, economy, labour market, politics etc.
B. Also in your strategy, discuss and make recommendations on how Solar should resource (identify talent), reward and develop talent in either an inclusive or exclusive approach.
C. Include a critical evaluation of the development approaches that could be taken and what approaches you would recommend to develop the talent in the case. (Examples of this would be coaching, mentoring, e-learning and other possible approaches).
