Bernstein, G., Coughlan, T. (2017). Centers of Excellence Management within Multinational Corporations. Journal of Management and Innovation, 3(1), 1-24.
After reading these articles, write a paper reflecting on how talent and structure can impact the success of a global enterprise. Be sure your paper addresses the following questions:
What are the success factors for a global manager?
How can a company promote a culture of thinking global but acting local?
What are the positives and negatives of creating strong Centers of Excellence in global companies?
Should companies use expatriates from the home office to build the culture?
What are some ways a company could develop a competitive value proposition using global management techniques and centers of excellence?
