For the End of Course Reflection, consider your past, present, and future experiences with writing.
Past: Reflect on where you were as a writer and researcher before you started this class. What experiences did you come into this course with? How do you think those experiences shaped your perception of writing and research?
Present: Think about where you are now as a writer and a researcher. Consider the growth you have experienced in this course. What are your successes? What did you learn about writing, researching, and giving feedback?
Future: Create clear goals for moving forward with writing and research. What is your plan of action for writing within your major? (This is a very important section!)
Be sure to connect your experiences with a common theme/thread and develop this theme throughout your reflection. What are the patterns that connect your past, present, and future? This is the theme you want to identify in your introduction and develop/analyze in this reflection.
Use sufficient details to support your ideas in the body paragraphs and connect the body paragraphs with clear transitions.
The reflection should be a minimum of 500 words (about two double-spaced pages).
