For example, I love to take walks in my neighborhood. An early morning walk helps me feel great! It has been a great way to stay active, relieve everyday stress. I love to see the changes in the seasons, this is something that really helps me enjoy my walks. Keep in mind that staying active through exercise is often times an adult version of childhood play.
