One key thing that is true to most companies is that an employee doesn’t quit their job but more their boss. The purpose of this research paper is to understand how emotional intelligence can positively affect Organizational Culture, with introducing a balance of managing stress via cohesive activities to create a good work life balance. As a leader in an organization or an employee having a understanding on who, why, how or why people respond the way they do is important to create a civil culture within any organization.
