2- Stop, Start, and Continue Action Plan
Now that you have assessed your leadership skills, you will develop a Stop, Start, Continue Action Plan, based on your assessment. You will build an action plan to help you determine what you should stop doing, what you should continue doing, and what you should start doing, to help you leverage your strengths and address your developmental opportunities. There are a few different formats for presenting a Stop, Start, Continue Action Plan. Format your document in a way that meets your needs and communicates your action plan clearly and concisely.
In your Stop, Start, Continue Action Plan, address the following:
Brainstorm some ideas of where you should focus for your Stop, Start, and Continue Action Plan.
List out as many ideas as you can that you would like to stop, start, and continue doing, based on what you have learned from your leadership assessment.
Determine your top priority items in each section of the analysis and explain why these are top priority items, based on leadership best practices.
Based on your top priority items and leadership best practices, create concrete actions that you will stop, start, and continue doing. You should identify at least two action items for each area. Each action item must include a specific action, an intended outcome, and a timeline by which you will complete the action.Stop, Start, and Continue Action Plan
