Please note that you do not need to write the introducation or conclusion. You do not need to create any website. Only the essay is required. Please read the requirement carefully, especially the ones I highlighted.
There are 7 academic sources in file 2, you have to use at least 6 of them. The rest of sources you can choose from file 1 or do your own literature research.
For types of resistance, you must choose from the following:
1. Blind risitance
2.Rational resistance
3.Political Risistance
4.Ideologycal resistance
5.Emotional resistance
You can choose three or four from them, but keep in mind that definitions should not be the mian part of this essay, analysis should(as requirement says).
For what may happen when resistance occur, you can talk about following, and you can also talk about more things than the following.
1.Refusal: Employee dont do jobs, or work to rule.
2. Voice: Employee give voice to management team.
3. Escaping: Not trying to make a change, begrudginly accept the change, but resist work taking over your own identity. E.g”Keep some of me to me”
4. Creation.
Remeber, these should all be formed with academic literature evidences
