Workplace violence and harassments on construction sites is a real thing, and doesn’t seem to be decreasing. On a construction site, with all the different trades coming and going and working in close proximity to each other, tensions can build quickly.
We have all seen the news stories of the worst of the worst incidents involving workplace violence. But many times, the “small” incidents go unreported, or dismissed as not important, and just overlooked. What do you think are some of the reasons things escalate from the small incidents to the tragic incidents?
