This is a “reading assignment” helping students understand the differences between Data Mining,
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Moreover, there are
two sets of Youtube videos coaching students on how to select projects that might strengthen
students’ resumes.
Completing this reading assignment shows that students are committed to the course.
