Please read the attached article the teacher co-authored with one of his colleagues, Dr. Ben Dilla from University of Dallas. Dr. Dilla and the teacher conducted a mix-methods research study at a medium-size law enforcement agency in DFW area. Their scope was to determine how the agency could improve efficiency of its Detective Division despite population growth and short staffing. Their approach was internationally recognized at the 2018 annual conference of the Academy of Management, where it was selected to be presented.
