During the “bust” years of the dot-com era in 2000-2002, more than 750 dot-com companies shut down or declared bankruptcy, including Webvan.com. It failed in almost all eight elements in the e-business model. Please read the Harvard Business Review case, Webvan (in your coursepack) and answer the questions posed below.
