1. State your practice question in PICOT format and include the week # for your implementation.
“For patients undergoing cesarean section birth on a labor & delivery unit, does implementation of the Improving Health Care Response to Obstetric Hemorrhage toolkit, compared to current practice, impact the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in 8-10 weeks?”
2. Create a detailed description of your case study project implementation. (Please note that the intervention must be implemented a full 8 weeks in your case study plan).
3.Compose a detailed response to the following:
(1) How has the pandemic affected organizational operations?
(2) How did COVID-19 affect the development of your project?
4.Examine in detail how you will address these issues that could potentially occur:
Not all participants (staff and/or patients) attended as planned and some staff were out sick. How will you follow up with them?
(1)There are float nurses and traveler nurses on the unit. How will this impact your project plan?
(2) Internet speed, access, and bandwidth are causing problems with virtual meetings you have set up.
