1.3. Describe how the phenomenon is represented in the model (200 words or more, 15%).
Hint: Your descriiption should include the agents, environment, processes that occur at each time step, and the model parameters. You need to describe the conceptual model and not the NetLogo implementation. For equation-based models, there is no need to describe agents.
1.4. Describe how the model is implemented in NetLogo. Show and explain parts of the code. If you modified an existing model, indicate the aspects you changed and describe how you changed them (200 words or more, 15%).
Part 2: Analysis (50%)
2.1. Articulate a question that can be answered using the model and select a parameter and a statistic/index (100 words or more, 5%)
Hint: Select a parameter (e.g., the mortality probability) and a statistic (e, g, percentage of infected individuals) based on your question (e.g., how the mortality probability affects the percentage of infected individuals?)
2.2. Explore your question by producing a few model runs (150 words or more, 15%)
Hint: Explore a few plots that show how the statistic evolves in time for a few values of the parameter. Make sure to focus on your question.
2.3 Perform a quantitative analysis by varying the parameter using BehaviorSpace while measuring your statistic. Describe all the steps of your analysis and any file you produced. It is recommended to produce plots(s) (150 words or more, 15%)
Hint: You can produce a plot with the parameter on the x-axis and the statistics on the y-axis
2.4 Discuss your results with respect to your question. (200 words or more, 15%)
