1. Create a map
-Using the social explorer of interest. Then add an additional layer to the map or do side-by-side maps. Export the data as an image and state what does the map tell you?
3. Census and excel
-use the advanced search option on the census (instructions on lecture 11 and 12, which I will include) to select a table of interest to you and geography. (e.g. county, census tracts, etc). Select two places for your table or you can select two years. An example might be two census tracts in SF, SF compared to another city, California to another state, etc.
