Choose an organization that operates in that industry/or could successfully enter that industry/field. This can be a start-up, a large company, a small specialized supplier, an NGO, a department in the public administration. You are free in your choice, as long as you chose a real organization. The only exception is if you are proposing a new start-up. Be mindful that choosing a start-up gives you more freedom to develop your ideas, but it is also riskier as you will have less information on which to rely.
