The paper is meant to compare and contrast the international medical humanitarian response during the 2014 anti-ISIS offensives in Iraq to the current responses unfolding in the Ukrainian/Russian war. The original iteration of the paper is attached, and received the following feedback that must be incorporated in the new version:
1. More research and presentation into the development and evolution if international humanitarian medical response since WWII
2. More literature review and analysis, and the removal of all references to interviews
3. Determine different categories of comparison more medically themed: types of injuries, humanitarian neutrality, logistics, etc
4. More critical analysis
The bulk of the paper is there, along with the feedback. A majority of the sources can be reused as well, but in a different application/context.
