Please Write an introduction Page for an empirical research paper I’m going to write. Attached will be the articles you’ll need to read so you can understand what to write the introduction about and also attached will be what is expected to be in the introduction.

Flash Visual Evoked Potential P2. The flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) is a visual evoked potential produced in response to repeated strobe flashes. The second positive component of the FVEP waveform is referred to as the FVEP-P2. The latency of the FVEP-P2 has been demonstrated to be sensitive to the neuropathology associated with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer’s dementia (AD; Arruda, McInnis, and Steele, 2020).
Flash Visual Evoked Potential P2, Color Light, and Luminance. While the FVEP-P2 enjoys a strong association with the early neuropathological changes associated with MCI and AD, the mechanism subtending the production of the FVEP-P2 is currently unknown. As an example, previous research conducted by Arruda and colleagues in 2021 indicated that while the latency of the FVEP-P2 was unaffected by the color or brightness of a flash stimulus, the amplitude of the FVEP-P2 declined with blue light. This finding was important given that the color and brightness of the stimulus in the blue light condition were confounded. In their experiment, a color filter was needed to produce short wavelength light. This, in turn, reduced the brightness of the strobe flash, making it impossible to determine whether the observed decline in FVEP-P2 amplitude was due to the short wavelength light (i.e., color channel) or to the low luminance (i.e., luminance channel) of the strobe light. Adding to the confusion were the conflicting findings reported by Coburn and colleagues in 2005 when they reported finding no significant difference in FVEP-P2 amplitude with changes in luminance. What made this finding particularly interesting was the use of while light (i.e., no filter conditions) by Coburn et al., which may have inadvertently produced a ceiling effect.
Final Paragraph. The purpose of the study is to assess the validity of the flash visual evoked potential P2 as a measure of luminance processing in the brain. It is hypothesized that changes in luminance will cause changes in the amplitude of the FVEP-P2. It is predicted that the amplitude of the FVEP-P2 will increase and decrease with increases and decreases, respectively, in strobe brightness.
I have also attached an example paper, please do not worry about anything but the introduction paragraph. And also do the title page. Thank you.
