In a 3-5 page paper,

-Explain the facts of the case
-Identify the legal issue having the dispute decided by arbitration
-If you were the judge, would you grant Disney’s motion to compel arbitration and explain the rationale for your ruling.

The final section should be the core of your submission and include analysis along with at least two scholarly sources to justify your agreement or disagreement with the result.
