Career-related training for adults is important in nearly every sector. What are the essential skills for success in the workplace, and how can we prepare adults of all ages for complexities they will encounter in the workplace? How should adult development theory inform how we construct learning experiences so that adults can learn, grow, and advance?

Consider a career-related learning need relevant to your career area, the careers of your current or future adult learners, or the adult learner careers related to the Final Project (Bridges to Careers in Healthcare or Business)
Consider adult development theories and how they may inform the best delivery of career-relevant, complex information to adult learners.
By Day 3
Post a descriiption of the career-related learning need of your choice. Analyze the relationship of the adult development theory to this type of learning need. How would you apply adult development theory in designing a relevant learning experience?
