Write a paper on Integration Discussion I
Choose one process from Integration: Develop Project Charter, Develop Project Management Plan, Direct and Manage Project Work, Monitor and Control, Program Integration Change Control, Close Project or Phase and apply it to a case study from any listed in activity. Please use a methodology from week one that is not the PMBOK methodology. Students do have an option of choosing their own project or case study from the library. In 500 words apply chosen methodology to the project or case study and apply one process from PMBOK integration. Include a minimum of two references.
