– The expected deliverable is a report on the costs of increasing the population of Eastern Mallard in the state of Connecticut by 150% over a 50-year period – does that reach the carrying capacity of the Connecticut environment? What are the benefits, what are the cons? There should be 2 pages, that involve your stakeholders (who would provide money?), also answering the question: what are the obstacles that Eastern Mallards face? Finally, please describe the benefits to bird and human health to conserve this duck species.
