World Views on True Justice
After viewing the film, True Justice what do you think our various readings would have thought about Bryan Stevenson’s fight for justice? Your goal will be to examine at least two aspects/topics in the film and hypothesize how our various historical figures, documents or belief systems would respond to Bryan Stevenson.
Your essay could include the following topics: the death penalty, the death penalty for mentally disabled or crimes committed by adolescents, structural racism in the criminal justice system, mass incarceration, historical memory and racial reconciliation.
