You have been invited to address a group which is considering making a donation of $10 million to address inequality in Los Angeles. Under consideration to receive the $10 million are:
a public college that serves low income, first generation students
Your task is to advocate for the above recipient. In your paper, make a strong argument about which donation will best improve life chances for people served. Be sure to use three concepts from the chapters provided and at least three citations.
