Problem Statement: The Department of Homeland Security has been successful in preventing a similar attack to what occurred on September 11th, although there are still some issues to be resolved. Due to the fact that the organization was set up so rapidly in response to the 9/11 attacks, American citizens are concerned that the attention on national security is entirely external, and the organization pays almost no attention to terrorist threats within the country.
